Participation is open to dancers aged 9 and above who are at intermediate or advanced levels of dance competency. All participants must register prior to the event, with a registration deadline set 30 days before the event or until maximum room capacity is reached. Full payment is required by June 1, 2025, accepted through PayPal, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Participants can cancel their registration within 21 days of receipt for a full refund, but no refunds will be issued after May 1, 2025, regardless of registration date, due to commitments made for event preparations. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Participants are expected to behave professionally and respect all attendees, staff, and guests, and must wear suitable dancewear for classes and comfortable clothing for other activities, considering the typical July weather. Event check-in is available from 4 PM to 6 PM on the first day at the designated location, and participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event, including airport transfers.
